Greg Hamilton, currently an educational consultant for schools in Northern California, taught in upper elementary, middle, and high school classrooms for over twenty years. Before moving to California, Greg was Assistant Professor of English Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, NY and author of numerous publications that discuss teaching and learning in the English/Language Arts classroom, including Becoming ((Other)wise: Enhancing Critical Reading Perspectives. In addition, he was an English in the City columnist for English Journal. Greg recently joined A.L.L. and is taking a lead in their middle school initiative in CA.
